COVID SAFE EVENT
To keep our event Covid Safe, we require:
1) A signed model release with your digital signature for you to let us know your wishes on the use of your images. I will email this to you. This needs to be completed for your shoot to proceed.
2) Sanitiser is available on arrival and departure from our Christmas Set.
3) If you or anyone in your group are sick, please do not attend.
4) Only those being photographed may attend.
5) If you have been outside of the Hervey Bay region in the last 2 weeks, have had a test for Covid 19, have been with a confirmed case, have been to a known hotspot or been near someone from a hotspot, for the safety of our families and my family, I politely ask that you refrain from booking. We would be happy to refund your session fee if this is the case.
T&C'S:
* Sessions are strictly by appointment, no walk-in's can be accommodated.
* Due to time restrictions, babies must be held in parent's arms.
* Please arrive 10 minutes early and wait with our friends from Hervey Bay Kombi to be ushered into our Christmas Set
* No outfit changes can be accommodated due to time limitations
* No client camera's, mobile phone camera's or video cameras are permitted at this event.
* Due to our automated booking system, we are unable to accommodate session date/time changes.
* Cancellations within 24 hours of your session will forfeit all monies paid
* No shows = no refunds
* In the event you need to cancel due to ill health, your $99 session fee may be transferred to a new session, however additional fees may apply. Our $99 session fee is a special only for our Christmas mini's.
* In the event of inclement weather, we may need to change our location. You will be notified by email and text message so please mark our email address as a friendly! nik@wildheartphotography.com.au
