YOUR SESSION & RETAINER FEE INCLUSIONS:
* 30-60 minute session on the beach or in our commercial studio
* Access to our complimentary client closet, featuring specialized imported gowns & dresses from the Netherlands.
* Sneak peaks on the Wild Heart Photography Facebook page within 48 hours with your permission.
* Professional retouching of the best digital image files from your session
* Private gallery including an unlimited number of colour and B&W high resolution digital image files.
* $599 retainer fee is due at time of booking to secure your session date.
Within 1-2 weeks of your session, you will receive a link to your full gallery of high resolution digital image files in both colour and B&W.
We are a full service studio and can absolutely print stunning luxury Italian leather albums, signature wall art, our polaroid collection & more.
Creating a printed legacy for your family evokes a strong emotion, a memory - and is an incredibly special way to preserve cherished memories and family history. Printed photos can be used to personalize and beautify your living spaces

What happens if we need to reschedule due to illness or inclement weather?
As your retainer fee is used to exclusively secure your date, we are unable to schedule another paying client, therefore no refunds are given. If your session is rescheduled or cancelled, your retainer will be transferred to an alternative date.
2. What do we wear?
Wearing colours in similar tonal ranges or that compliment each other on the colour wheel, will create a cohesive and classic image that will stand the taste of time. For example, a monochromatic blue theme of light blue, navy blue, teal for example, would look gorgeous! A combination of dresses, skirts, pants, shorts, blouses and shirts are also a beautiful way to exclusively identify each family member while maintaining cohesiveness. Solid colours always look best. Please leave beautiful patterns, neon clothes or shirts with logos, at home :) We want the sole focus in the images to be you!
2. Model release
On the day of your session, you will be asked to sign a model release, advising your preference on sharing your images or not.
Your options are:
1) An unconditional release, your images may be shared on our website, social media platforms (such as the Wild Heart Photography Facebook & Instagram platforms), photography competitions, printed marketing and advertising and more. 2) Partial release featuring anonymous images only where you can not be identified (i.e. silhouettes). 3) No release whereby your images are strictly private and are never released in a public forum. Rest assured, your images are never released without consent.
